A pre-order item is one that you are ordering before we have it in inventory. Preorders are usually charged on the 6th day since the order was placed. You may cancel a pre-order item up until the time your order has begun processing and is ready for shipping.
Please note that if you place an order which includes a pre-order item in addition to any in-stock item, you may be charged for the pre-order item once the in-stock item is shipped. We recommend placing an order for a pre-order item separately from the other items in your cart. Our partners are working on allowing separate charges to occur for each split shipment in the future.
To cancel a pre-order item please contact us via Live Chat on the bottom righthand corner of the page or by calling 877-525-2833. Once your order has been sent to a shipping facility it may no longer be cancelled. There is a small chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled, based on demand. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date. If your order is cancelled or you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued the same day the order is cancelled and usually reflects in 3-5 business days.
