WHAT IF I PLACE AN ORDER AND DOLCE VITA DOESN'T HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK?Updated a year ago

If we are unable to fill your order you will be notified via email. If your credit card/PayPal account was charged, you will be refunded. If you paid using AfterPay/Klarna/Shop Pay Installments your account will be refunded. There is a small chance that certain pre-orders may be delayed or cancelled, based on demand. If your order is delayed, you will be sent an email informing you of the new estimated shipment date. If your order is cancelled or you choose to cancel, a refund will be issued the same day the order is cancelled and usually reflects in 3-5 business days. You can also check the status online by signing in to your account and going to "My Orders" or by using this link. Just login with the email address used when making your purchase.
