What can I find in Dolce Vita’s re:vita Collection?

You will find a collection of pre-loved shoes from real Dolce Vita customers. Upon purchase, these shoes will ship directly to you from another Dolce Vita customer

How do I pay for a re:vita item?

You will pay via our secure checkout in the same way as with any Dolce Vita order.  Simply "Add to Cart" and proceed through the checkout as usual. At this time, you will not be able to checkout with both new and re:vita items.

How long does shipping take?

We ask our sellers to fulfill your order within 3 business days. The item will ship with a tracking number, and typically arrives within 3-5 days of being shipped. 

Can I return my re:vita purchase?

All pre-loved purchases are final unless the item is not in the condition described by the seller. If that situation occurs, you can open a dispute once the item has been delivered to you.
